What a fucking shit show. I can't imagine why your scribe was chosen considering they WEREN'T WITH THE PACK. Basket's writeup is surely better but regardless...

Your scribe attempted to pick up a visitor at Riverside on the way to Canton. They made the error of assuming traffic would be regular bullshit. Turns out - a nominal 15 minute drive had a 30 minute extra delay (for the math impaired - that's 45 min for a 15 min drive). Having been through many a traffic jam going south, this is particularly unheard of. So the closest hash start turned into (one of the ) the longest hash travel(s). Following the highway would probably have been OK but Waze suggested alternate routes that it didn't have accurate times for so *boom* +20 min. Waze at your own risk.

Thankfully the visitor napped too late and borrowed a car so she had opportunity to avoid my shitshow.

So I found the cul de sac - having deciphered the directions for the visitor (who went to the brewery as per the directions). Why the GM(s) are unable to provide accurate links remains a mystery (despite my help). Thankfully the trail entrance was not blocked by cars/was reasonably obvious.

Trail was delightful, albeit lonely. The woods were lovely and only lightly damp. While marks were thin, checks were well marked (thank you). We explored areas (i.e., anticipated highway alignments) that I had only read about but never seen/traversed. I would have missed this as absent from a prior B3H4 trail the hare laid if we hadn't been already spent from the 15 mi and 2K elevation that caused a revolt/cessation.

If I didn't have a damaged rib I might have even gotten to BN prior to out-of-beer-out-of-here. I brought a beer (just in case) but didn't need it as there was an (unmarked) Trillium IPA waiting for me! Despite my diminished sense of taste - I was able to distinguish (Congress St) between the possibilities which led to some satisfaction - until the out trail with much death march, trains near (but not too near), and mileage that Basket complained about. Your hashshit picked up a 12-pack of trail trash but to no benefit when hashshit nominations came around...

Circle got complicated by such things as electing the hasher who built the most recent hashshit without having it present. Circle went well until it disproved of the song selected by the Hashshit (which is left for other discussion) and cut iit short. Thankfully, there was a spontaneous auxiliary accusation of birthdays which seemed targeted but, as is the point of the accusation, drew in Burp and well as the hashshit - and thus enabled finishing of the aforementioned song. Burp declined to augment the singing but hopefully she will learn sea shanties on her dalliance and delight us upon her return.

On-After was intended to be Trillium which was delightful on the aforementioned B3H4 but was unavailable due to a power outage [n.b., they said they got power back a half hour before we showed up]. Google identified a pub that the hare was familiar with and a quick call elicited a 9:45 kitchen close (notes for future hashes!). The beer was (at best) IPA: Sierrra Hazy and Wormtown Be Hoppy and a lot of opted-for Guiness

[INSERT RUBEN REVIEW HERE] But all went well including an after-the-fact split check!!! They seemed to like us albeit we were the last ones out of the establishment...

Hashshit misses the Accella trains and their tracks and looks forward to having more intimate relations there...

But more import - WHERE IS THE HASH SHIT (we all know - but do i need to make another?!)

Sincerely,

Fuck you all,
Just Pat
